Role Overview Birdman is hiring a Creative Lead to define and drive the brand’s creative vision. This role will oversee all creative outputs, from campaigns and product launches to digital and offline experiences, ensuring consistency, innovation, and measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate Birdman’s creative vision and narrative. Lead the development of integrated campaigns and product launches. Supervise the creative team, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. Direct and oversee photoshoots and video productions. Approve key campaigns, strategic ideas, and brand-defining assets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, Innovation, and eCommerce. Manage creative budgets, external vendors, and agencies. Establish efficient creative processes and methodologies. Mentor and grow internal creative talent. Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
