As a Digital Marketing Specialist Advisor, you will become a trusted advisor for German companies regarding their online advertising campaigns. Your efforts will significantly impact their business, as you work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the larger sales team's success in increasing our client customer base across EMEA. You will play a crucial role in shaping the German online marketing landscape. In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger onboarding team. What You Bring: C1-level proficiency in German and strong command of English (spoken and written). ️ For Junior Profiles : 0 to 1 year of sales experience, apassion for learning and a desire to build a career in digital marketing, even without prior experience. For Senior Profiles : A proven track record in digital marketing, PPC campaigns, or B2B sales, with the ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Training: 3 weeks of intensive Google Ads and sales training to ensure you're set up for success, regardless of your experience level. For Junior Candidates: Comprehensive Training : Receive in-depth Google Ads and sales training to build your expertise from the ground up. Ongoing Support : Get guidance and mentorship to help you grow and succeed in your role. Career Development : Clear paths to advancement as you gain experience and develop your skills. For Senior Candidates: Lead with Expertise : Leverage your experience to provide high-level strategic advice and drive significant client success.
