Product Manager (PM) - AI x EdTech - French fluent Join Paradox EN to lead the creation of the Operating System for Human Greatness, powered by AI, behavioral science, and design. Responsibilities Translate the founder’s strategic vision into a clear product strategy and roadmap. Build and maintain the roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation. Design and ship MVPs, validate hypotheses with data and user insights, and iterate weekly. Prototype new experiences powered by AI and prototype directly in Figma. Prototype AI agents (if any) and build Loops, Pods, and personalized experiences. Measure product success metrics, connect data to business KPIs, and help marketing leverage this data for storytelling. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing to cut waste, challenge spending, and increase margin. Qualifications 3–6 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech. Bonus: experience in AI‑driven products, learning design, or personal development platforms. Have shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end and can show measurable results. Use Figma comfortably and prototype directly. Craft‑obsessed, user & impact obsessed, analytical & system thinker, digital & AI savvy, cross‑disciplinary curiosity. Native French; fluent English for written and spoken communication.
