Responsibilities:

  1. Plans, organizes, coordinates and supervises the operations of an assigned section of the store during assigned shift to achieve performance targets without sacrificing quality, cleanliness and service.
  2. Plan, check, inspect and prepare store section before start of day to ensure that section is ready to efficiently and effectively operate in accordance with operating standards.
  3. Reports immediately all deviation from operating standards so action can be taken to minimize problems, complaints and unnecessary expenses.
  4. May be assigned to open or close store after store hours.
  5. Monitor, control and supervise the operations to ensure the check and balance in the store are maintained by closely adhering to all company policies, systems and procedures, and rules and regulations.
  6. Implement, coordinate and monitor promotional plans and storewide programs to meet marketing plans and forecasts.
  7. Prepares accurate and timely section reports with variances on time.
  8. Settles all disputes and complaints with guests, which cannot be handled by team members.
  9. Maintains discipline among Team Members while motivating them to improve their performance.
  10. Conducts orientation and retraining programs and seminars for team members to continuously improve operating efficiency and performance.
  11. Executes other directives from the superior.
