Job Title: Growth Marketing Lead
We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and scale our growth efforts.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement all growth marketing efforts, including paid search, social, and programmatic channels to drive cost-efficient customer acquisition through data-driven campaign management and optimization.
- Create and implement data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business objectives that drive organic and acquisition growth.
- Coordinate all stages of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including planning, creative development, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Responsible for account strategies on mainstream channels (Google Ads, Google UAC, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) and exploring different ad formats to optimize performance.
- Identify new routes to market, leveraging innovative experiments to unlock growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with data analysts, marketing, and cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade growth initiatives.
- Optimize funnels to increase campaign effectiveness, lift incrementality, and generate insights for strategic improvements and A/B testing.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics to meet our goals and identify solutions and support requirements if not.

Your Profile:- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, Growth Marketing, and Digital Marketing in a high-performance technology company.
- Familiarity with SEO tools: SEMrush, BrightEdge is a must.
- Strong understanding of key marketing channels, how to leverage them to drive conversion, and how to run experiments within them.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and working closely with Data Analysts to solve more complex problems.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong spoken and written English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are nice to have.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
