Como Content & Communications Strategist , serás quien articule el relato del ecosistema hacia dentro y hacia fuera. Tu papel será fundamental para posicionar nuestras iniciativas, dar visibilidad a nuestros proyectos y fortalecer nuestra comunidad desde la comunicación. Tus responsabilidades serán: Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de comunicación del ecosistema. Traducir conceptos complejos de innovación y tecnología en narrativas claras, inspiradoras y relevantes. Comunicar iniciativas relacionadas con la transferencia de conocimiento universidad-empresa, startups, deep tech, I+D+i, internacionalización y desarrollo empresarial. Generar contenidos propios y coordinar la relación con medios, partners, stakeholders y líderes de opinión. Gestionar redes sociales con foco en crecimiento orgánico, viralidad y posicionamiento estratégico. Trabajar de la mano con equipos internos para asegurar coherencia y alineamiento del mensaje. Lo que buscamos en ti: Titulación universitaria. Nivel C2 de inglés, certificado oficialmente. Y, al menos, 5 años de experiencia en: Comunicación en el ámbito de la innovación, transferencia tecnológica o emprendimiento. Proyectos relacionados con startups, universidades, I+D+i, desarrollo empresarial o internacionalización. Redacción de contenidos estratégicos, storytelling y media relations. Gestión de redes sociales y fenómenos de viralidad en entornos de tecnología e innovación. Contacto con prescriptores y agentes clave del ecosistema innovador. ¿Qué más valoramos? Eres un/a narrador/a nato/a, con mentalidad creativa y visión estratégica. Tienes un profundo entendimiento del mundo de la innovación y sabes cómo comunicarlo a diferentes públicos. Eres digital-first, con soltura en plataformas sociales, entornos multimedia y canales emergentes. Conoces bien el ecosistema emprendedor, tecnológico y académico, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
