They’re direct, They’re collaborative — and they get things done.Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the team of Data & Insight in an international airline environment. This role combines strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and strong business acumen. The successful candidate will take a leading role in crafting executive-level content : business updates, strategic documents, roadmaps, etc. She / He needs to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with the organisation’s vision. This is a senior, high-visibility role working closely with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Customer teams. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex data topics into compelling narratives and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, aviation-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Communication & StorytellingDevelop high-quality presentations for the department and the Head of Data & Insights, including departmental status updates, strategy documents, investment cases, and board-level materials.Transform complex technical concepts (data platforms, AI, analytics use cases, governance) into clear and compelling business narratives.Build cohesive storylines that support strategic decision-making and influence senior stakeholders.Strategic Planning & SupportSupport the design and articulation of the company’s Data Strategy and future roadmap.Produce strategic papers, vision documents, and programme updates for the Executive Committee and cross-functional stakeholders.Benchmark industry trends and bring forward strategic recommendations for the airline’s data transformation.Business PartneringWork with department leads to collect updates, understand progress, and craft synthesised, executive-ready content.Support the preparation of key forums : steering committees, programme boards, and leadership team meetings.Act as a thought partner to the Head of Data & Insight, contributing ideas, structure, and planning support.Data-Driven InsightPrepare data summaries, KPIs, and visuals that communicate performance trends across operational and commercial areas.Review analytics outputs and help translate them into meaningful actions or messages for the business.Skills & Experience RequiredEssentialExperience in a strategy, consulting, data, analytics, PMO, or business partnering role in data-focused or B2B environments.Exceptional PowerPoint and written-communication skills; able to produce C-suite-ready materials quickly.Understanding of data concepts (analytics, AI, data governance, cloud platforms, data quality).Demonstrated ability to synthesise complex information and create simple, high-impact narratives.Experience working with senior leaders.Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and work with discretion on confidential topics.DesirableExperience in aviation, travel, or hospitality.Background in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate PMO.Familiarity with Power BI or similar.Cultural Fit – Who are we looking for?Curious – Always looking to understand users deeply and explore new ways to improve their experience.Collaborative – Enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams (UX, data, engineering, business).Autonomous – Comfortable managing their own work and proposing solutions proactively.Impact-driven – Designs with purpose, always considering how the experience delivers value to users and clients.Empathetic and inclusive – Values diverse perspectives and strives to build inclusive and accessible solutions.What they offerHigh-performance team.Flexible schedule.Remote-friendly hybrid model of some days on offices and some on remote.Continuous learning programme.Amazing team-building events.Offices located at Viladecans (CP : 08840).Indefinite contract.Attractive conditions to negotiate and career development : 35-45k€ gross / year.#J-18808-Ljbffr
