As a Solution Architect you will have the opportunity to: Design and evolve solution architectures for core Commercial Insurance and accumulation management platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy. Drive simplification and modernization of the application landscape, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and cloud-readiness. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology with 5 or more years of experience Proven track record of successful solution architecture projects, demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering scalable and reliable solutions. Strong understanding of insurance business processes, ideally in Commercial Insurance. Proven experience designing solutions in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud, especially Azure) with the current .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core) Confidence with the Azure PaaS stack (related AWS knowledge is a plus) Experience designing data-centric solutions, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance – along with related technology stack; a solid understanding of data platforms (e.g. Databricks) and modern data architecture patterns are a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
