We are looking for a passionate Software Developer with extensive expertise in Front-End development , specifically with Angular . The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently , maintain high standards for coding and design patterns , be proactive and innovative , and possess strong leadership skills to mentor and share knowledge with other team members. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for Front-end projects. Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines. Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices. Architectural Design and Development: Lead the design and development of the software architecture, making decisions on frameworks, patterns, and technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance. Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below: -Angular, Unit Testing, UX design, Figma Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
