Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Manage the resolution of quality incidents and follow up on corrective actions within the system. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, occupational risk prevention and environmental management. Collaborate in the identification and evaluation of risks in the areas of quality, safety and environment. Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems. Develop and deliver training and workshops related to quality, safety, and environment. Prepare reports on the performance of management systems. Participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents, proposing preventive measures. Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality, safety, and environmental policies across all areas of the organization. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Specific training in quality management systems, environmental management, and occupational risk prevention (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). English is a must Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in managing incidents and corrective actions. Participation in internal audits. ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Applicable legislation and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety Directive, waste management regulations). Internal audits. Incident and corrective action management. Quality and environmental management tools (SharePoint, FMEA, SAP EHS). Microsoft 365: Office applications, Planner, SharePoint, Forms, Project, WorkFlows
