This is an amazing opportunity to join our journey as we build our product and scale globally. We are currently looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our Honest Greens family. In this key role, you will be responsible for sourcing the best suppliers, negotiating optimal terms, and ensuring the highest quality standards for the products that bring our real food mission to life. Responsabilities: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers Prepare RFQ, RFPs, negotiate purchasing terms and conditions Audit of technical specs and certifications and ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations Monitor and enforce contract compliance to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and pricing agreements. Conduct supplier performance (KPI) and competitiveness analysis Develop and maintain supplier relationships Implement the quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, pricing and best practices to identify risks as well as cost-saving opportunities Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in related fields Minimum 3 years experience in procurement in the food sector Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of food related regulations and certifications Strong analytical profile with high attention to details Can-do attitude, proactivity and good organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Advance knowledge of MS Office Experience with ERP programs will be a plus Fluent in Spanish Advanced English will be a plus.
