We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating and leading a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan using all the main digital channels (SEO, SEA, CRM).
- Managing budgets across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient ROAS.
- Managing external suppliers/vendors who will work with the team to guarantee the strategy's effectiveness.
- Developing and leading a team of digital marketing specialists and ensuring the growth of their hard skills.
- Working with the main stakeholders of the team (such as Tech team, product team) to deliver projects that have dependencies to be completed.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & owned media channels.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
- Working closely with management to share KPI trends, business results, and funnel conversion improvement ideas.
- Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
- Maintaining and ensuring good collaboration with peers in other Group Operations, looking for synergies and sharing knowledge and best practices.
