El objetivo del rol es generar conversaciones útiles, aumentar la visibilidad de marca, construir confianza y optimizar el posicionamiento en buscadores y motores de respuesta mediante contenido estratégico en Reddit.ResponsabilidadesCrear publicaciones y comentarios originales que se adapten al tono, reglas y cultura de cada subreddit.Investigar subreddits relevantes e identificar oportunidades para aportar valor como marca.Participar en hilos existentes con respuestas útiles, naturales y adaptadas a cada comunidad.Analizar tendencias, preguntas frecuentes y opiniones de la comunidad para orientar futuras publicaciones.Construir karma progresivamente en cuentas de marca y cuentas de soporte.Mantener un estilo de escritura natural, claro y sin señales de contenido generado por inteligencia artificial.Monitorizar conversaciones, responder preguntas y gestionar interacciones en curso.Preparar informes básicos sobre engagement, resultados de publicaciones, menciones guardadas y visibilidad en buscadores.RequisitosExcelentes habilidades de redacción y capacidad para adaptar el tono según cada comunidad.Conocimiento profundo de la cultura, normas y dinámicas de Reddit.Experiencia real publicando en múltiples subreddits a nivel personal o profesional.Capacidad para comunicar información compleja de forma clara y directa.Habilidad para investigar nichos y generar contenido preciso y útil.Perfil constante, organizado y capaz de trabajar con plazos ajustados.Familiaridad con SEO, comportamiento de búsqueda y cómo Reddit influye en resultados de Google y motores de IA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
