We are looking for a candidate with a PhD in Management, who wants to join the department in a full‑time position, dedicating his/her time to teaching and research in Management and related areas (Social Economy and Development, sustainability, entrepreneurship, among others). The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the education of undergraduate students and must have a proven track record of effective teaching in English and Spanish. A PhD in a Marketing discipline. A minimum of 4 years of postdoctoral experience, preferably in areas related to the research groups of the faculty. Particular consideration will be given to candidates with their own funding or collaborating in research projects led by another researcher. Proven record of effective teaching. Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish. Ability to supervise and guide undergraduate and graduate students in their research projects. Knowledge and respect for the values rooted in the Christian identity of the university. A full‑time contract in a dynamic and international scientific environment in the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at UIC Barcelona (Social Science Campus, in Barcelona). A part‑time contract may be negotiated. A tenure‑track (3‑year) position with a mid‑term evaluation (depending on the applicant’s profile, the position may automatically become permanent).
