As a Multinational Data Steward you will have the opportunity to: Oversee and manage data collection and completion for General and Wording Capabilities data across different products for the global network of 200+ territories. Drive and organize data collection planning, tracking, and escalation, ensuring an audit trail on data updates. Proactively foster collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders across countries and central functions. Maintain an ongoing engagement with the countries, underwriting and project teams to finalize technical content, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in multinational data management processes. Contribute to the launch of new propositions by establishing reference system that reflects updated global wording, ensuring alignment with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions. Maintain internal guidelines and standard operating procedures updated to reflect data management process, ensuring the team’s operations align with the latest standards and best practices. Actively support transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities, provide insights and recommendations to drive improvements to elevate performance and service quality. What Makes You a Great Fit?
