This is your chance to join a dynamic, digital-first team with limitless growth potential. Main responsibilities In-depth knowledge of Sitges in order to list properties in target areas. Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring company's commission policy is in place. Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with them. Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the deals Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity What we're looking for: Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Sitges´s market and key areas. In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes Advanced in English and Spanish Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person Outstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients What you'll get: Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation 23 days holiday per year on full-time basis + 2 personal days Weekly language classes, during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox) Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more.
