Global VP, Strategic New Logo – JFrog Join to apply for the Global VP, Strategic New Logo role at JFrog. We seek a visionary executive leader for our Global Vice President of Strategic New Logo Acquisition, responsible for seizing market opportunities across the globe. Software is the lifeblood of modern business, so thousands of customers—including the majority of the Fortune 100—trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production—a concept we call “Liquid Software.” Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi‑year Global Go‑To‑Market strategy to dominate strategic new logo acquisition across major markets (Americas and Europe). Instill a disciplined, repeatable “mega‑deal” methodology across the organization, enabling the closure of complex, $1M+ enterprise transactions. Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performance global team of strategic new‑logo hunters. Forge and maintain relationships with C‑level executives at strategic target accounts, and drive top‑to‑top alignment with partners such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and key GSIs. Implement a rigorous, data‑driven sales methodology, ensuring pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution excellence. Represent the new‑logo customer voice, collaborating across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM efforts. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive enterprise software sales leadership, with proven experience scaling global or multi‑regional teams and exceeding quotas (>$XXM+ ARR). Experience leading and closing complex, 7‑figure+ new‑logo transactions with Fortune 500 / Global 2000 enterprises. Proven track record in developing and executing high‑impact GTM strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Strong experience in strategic outbounding and C‑level customer acquisition. Exceptional hiring, mentoring, and retention of top talent. Executive‑presence skills: superior communication, negotiation, and presentation to executive audiences. Willingness to travel globally (~50%) to engage strategic customers, partners, and regional teams. Location & Travel Residency in the Madrid area required; role involves coming to the office once a week. Travel up to 50% globally. Employment Executive, Full‑time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
