About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position with our Spa Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: As the first point of contact with Club Members and hotel Guests, reception colleagues should provide a friendly welcome and the highest level of efficient service in order to meet any needs of members. To courteously welcome all members to the Spa on each visit. To ensure that all members "sign in" correctly providing all the necessary details. To ensure that attendance data of residents is accurately recorded in the members file. To ensure the telephone is answered promptly and courteously using the correct manner as laid down in the 'Operations Manual.' To be a primary source of information about the Spa and the Hotel to all members. To know and make use of all the standards of Jumeirah Spa Reservations by telephone and email. Selling Spa Treatments, products and items from the spa Boutique. Use of the Spa Program (bookings, bills,etc.) Explain the spa and gym facilities and give the clients a little walk around.
