The successful candidate will combine outstanding classroom practice with strategic leadership to ensure the highest standards of care, learning and development across the EYFS.In addition to this position, you may also be interested in our in-person Inspired Careers Event in London on Saturday 24th January 2026. For more information and to register, please click here: RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, manage and develop the EYFS phase in line with the EYFS frameworkPlan and deliver high‑quality, engaging learning experiences in the EYFS classroomMonitor and assess children’s progress to ensure strong learning outcomesSupport, mentor and line‑manage EYFS staffEnsure a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environmentBuild strong partnerships with parents and the wider school communityContribute to whole‑school development and leadership initiativesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Qualified Teacher Status or recognised Early Years teaching qualificationProven experience teaching within the EYFSExperience in a leadership or coordination role within Early YearsStrong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practiceExcellent leadership, communication and organisational skillsCommitment to high standards of safeguarding and child wellbeingSAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
