Descripción de la oferta MisiónFormar parte del equipo de innovación de CaixaBank Tech, liderando el desarrollo de soluciones técnicas en el ámbito del workplace, con foco en inteligencia artificial, hyperautomatización mediante Power Automate, y tecnologías emergentes como Copilot Studio y agentes. El objetivo es transformar la experiencia del empleado y optimizar procesos internos mediante el uso de tecnologías innovadoras. Responsabilidades• Desarrollar pruebas de concepto y pilotos productivos en el ámbito de IA y automatización.• Gestionar el ciclo completo de proyectos innovadores, desde la ideación hasta la entrega.• Definir arquitecturas tecnológicas alineadas con el stack del grupo CaixaBank.• Aplicar metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Kanban en la gestión de proyectos.• Analizar problemas y proponer soluciones tecnológicas adecuadas.• Implementar soluciones con Power Automate, Copilot Studio y agentes inteligentes.• Medir eficiencias y sintetizar resultados en entregables estructurados.• Evaluar el estado del arte de nuevas tecnologías y proponer casos de uso relevantes.• Divulgar resultados y conocimientos mediante charlas y formaciones internas. Requisitos • Título universitario en Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ciencia de Datos, Matemáticas, Física o afines.• Conocimientos en desarrollo de software: Python, SQL, Java, HTML, JavaScript.• Conocimientos en IA generativa (LLMs, modelos multimodales, agentes).• Experiencia en Power Automate y desarrollo de soluciones con Copilot Studio.• Conocimientos de Azure Cloud Platform.• Nivel inglés requerido B2. Competencias• Capacidad de planificación y gestión de proyectos.• Habilidades de comunicación y divulgación técnica.• Escucha activa y trabajo en equipo multidisciplinar.• Motivación para afrontar retos y adaptarse al cambio.• Capacidad de síntesis y presentación de resultados a diferentes audiencias.• Conocimiento del sector financiero y experiencia en prototipos tecnológicos.
