You’ll help us grow in the right direction, support our leaders, and unlock the potential of our team, both in structure and in mindset.Your MissionTo lead and evolve the People & Culture function within our Barcelona team by fostering a high‑performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace. Acting as a strategic partner to local leadership and a connector to global HR frameworks, this role ensures that our people practices support business growth, empower teams, and reflect our values while navigating the unique dynamics of being part of a global organization.Bring clarity to career growth, make feedback part of our culture, and embed accountability across the company.What You’ll DoAct as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting team growth, performance, and engagement.Mentor and coach current People & Culture team members, fostering development, knowledge sharing, and new ways of thinking.Lead and improve people processes with an agile mindset—think org design, talent development, feedback culture, career frameworks.Drive organizational development projects aligned with our growth ambitions.Ensure seamless collaboration using agile ways of working and tools like Jira.Partner with teams across Barcelona and our global locations to drive consistency and excellence.What You Bring10+ years of experience in People & Culture, Talent Development, or Organizational Design roles.A growth mindset and passion for helping others grow and perform at their best.Proven experience as a mentor or coach to fellow P&C professionals and cross‑functional peers.Strong background in agile methodologies, ideally in digital or tech environments.Proficiency in Jira or similar tools and understanding of how P&C can support agile teams effectively.You’re not just strategic, you get things done and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.Experience working in fast‑paced, international, and evolving organizations.What We OfferFull time permanent contractCompetitive salary26 days paid vacationFlexible working model (you and your team decide when to be in the office)Free coffee, tea, fruits, drinks, yogurt, bread at our office canteenNo dress‑code, pick the outfit that makes you feel comfortableAccess to our corporate benefitsPersonal growth budgetThe possibility to make a real impactBefore you ApplyWe are a very flexible company and work in a hybrid mode.
