Building relationships with millions of customers around the world requires effective management of customer profiles from across the enterprise. The MDM Products team provides the tools and resources to bring together information from dozens of systems to provide a seamless customer experience and enable operations and advanced analytics.This role requires a senior technical system delivery lead to oversee critical Master Data Management (MDM) projects and operations within the Data Digital and IT (DDIT) function supporting Novartis’ Innovative Medicines business. You will partner with stakeholders from within the commercial business, IT, and other internal and external partners for demand analysis, solution design, and overall project delivery.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Serve as lead developer and oversee other developers and configurators in building MDM solutions, primarily using Reltio as the MDM engine, Snowflake, and AWS.• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.• Run efficient development for MDM solutions.• Ensure that all deployed code and configuration are of high quality and follow appropriate SDLC processes.• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders within your remit.• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing, deploying new solutions and services.• Integrate MDM solutions into our data mesh• Ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
