In this role, you will go beyond first-line support, showcase your proactive nature and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, and play a vital role in optimizing the productivity of our dynamic workforce. What You’ll Do Work with a worldwide team to support all employees with their IT-related questions. Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of IT challenges, from initial setup of new users to assisting colleagues with IT inquiries; optimize processes and systems. Collaborate across the globe to provide comprehensive support for Apple device issues, user and systems access, networking, and other IT tasks. Focus on enhancing global IT systems and functionalities, keeping them up-to-date with evolving business needs. Proactively analyze repetitive tasks and issues, using automation to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in IT support Strong experience in helping people troubleshoot IT-related issues Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python; practical skills in automating repetitive tasks Experience administering internal services such as Google Suite, Zoom, OKTA and LDAP Experience managing a large fleet of MacOS corporate devices with enterprise systems like JAMF or similar Experience with onboarding sessions for new joiners and IT user training Flexible team player, able to work independently and make informed decisions Good understanding of up-to-date IT security practices Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation English and Spanish language proficiency Nice to Have Experience with config management systems such as Puppet, Ansible, or similar Experience deploying, updating, and maintaining applications on Apple end-user devices with centrally managed packages Understanding of networking and firewalls Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
