Responsibilities The Center for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG) is looking for a Lab Technician to be part of the group Genetics and genomics of vegetable crops. The candidate will be in charge of: Plant growth, flower and fruit phenotyping Gas‑exchange analysis (O₂) with specialized equipment (Clark type oxygen electrode). DNA and RNA extractions from leaf and fruit tissues PCR‑genotyping and gene expression analysis (qPCR) Metabolite extractions for metabolomics analyses The tasks are included within the framework of the project MITORIPEN with reference code PID NB-I00. Requirements Educational requirements: BSC in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related areas Experience: Basic skills on laboratory analyses in biochemistry and molecular biology Experience working on plants Data and statistical analysis Working Conditions Contract Duration: 3 months Hours/week: full time #J-18808-Ljbffr
