As an Implementations Consultant, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities: Document best practices, prepare training documents, and train people Ability to learn from projects in retrospective for continuous improvement Oversee and validate data migration plan, QA testing, and UAT strategy Participate in business process discovery efforts by engaging with business users, understanding their immediate needs, identifying gaps against our current systems, conceiving and proposing solutions, and developing high-level and detailed process flow NetSuite ERP Certification Virtual presentation skills CPA bachelor's degree is preferred IT/Business consultant background English, Full professional proficiency Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party logistics partners
