Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver specialist and technical commercial property legal services to a range of clients, ensuring high standards of advice and support.
  2. Oversee a caseload of complex and strategically important commercial property projects, collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing accessible and excellent legal counsel that meets their business objectives.
  4. Play a key role in mentoring junior solicitors, offering guidance and support to help them develop their expertise in commercial property law.
  5. Assist in managing the firm's commercial property workload, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  6. Demonstrate comprehensive post-qualification knowledge of commercial property law and stay updated on current legislation and market trends.
  7. Maintain high levels of personal and professional credibility, integrity, and ethical standards.
  8. Utilize excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Legal Case Management Systems, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Demonstrable experience in commercial property law, with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
  2. Detailed post-qualification knowledge of commercial property law and proven ability to deliver technical legal advice.
  3. Strong track record of building and sustaining successful professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
  4. Proven ability to mentor and develop junior solicitors, contributing to the overall growth and expertise of the team.
  5. Proficiency in Legal Case Management Systems and other relevant technology tools to manage workflows effectively.
