Based in Madrid (Hybrid to Flexible Remote)We’re looking for a skilled video editor who can bring ideas to life — someone who’s confident with motion, transitions, timing, and detail. If you love creating content that connects with people, and you enjoy a mix of structure, freedom, and variety — this could be a great fit.

Our video team has been producing creative content for years — from interviews and ads to testimonials, brand videos, and internal campaigns. Now we’re entering a new chapter, expanding the team and building a long-term creative department around video.

This is a hybrid role based in Madrid , especially during the first phase. But we’re flexible — and as long as the work is flowing, there’s room for remote work, focused blocks, and space to create.

Creativity often comes when you’re not sitting in the same place every day — and we get that. Strong experience in video editing and post-production , including motion graphicsA clear sense of pacing, flow, and storytelling across different formatsConfidence working across multiple platforms — from short-form to more polished editsAn eye for detail and care for quality, even when timelines are tightSolid knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)This Role Is Also For Someone Who Can Learn Quickly To...
