What You'll Do As an Engagement Manager at CoreX, you'll lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives from kickoff to closeout — ensuring customers achieve the outcomes that matter most to them. Your responsibilities will include Owning end‐to‐end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Acting as the single point of contact for customers, internal teams, and program leadership. Translating business objectives into structured delivery plans using CoreX and ServiceNow methodologies. Managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving clear decision‐making. Leading daily stand‐ups, sprint reviews, project governance, and overall program cadence.
