As we continue growing our practice in Spain, we're opening a pipeline for Engagement Managers, professionals who can lead ServiceNow programs with clarity, discipline, and a strong focus on value. What You'll Do As an Engagement Manager at CoreX, you'll lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives from kickoff to closeout — ensuring customers achieve the outcomes that matter most to them. Your responsibilities will include Owning end‐to‐end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Acting as the single point of contact for customers, internal teams, and program leadership. Translating business objectives into structured delivery plans using CoreX and ServiceNow methodologies. Managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving clear decision‐making. Leading daily stand‐ups, sprint reviews, project governance, and overall program cadence. Anticipating risks and proactively establishing mitigation strategies. Ensuring project documentation, records, and knowledge
