Opportunity – Product Owner (Business Systems Analyst) About the role As a PO, you will join a global and multicultural team focused on building and evolving data analytics and reporting solutions used by organizations worldwide. You'll act as a Product Owner proxy, working closely with developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and product leaders to design, refine, and deliver features, integrations, and reporting capabilities that help clients gain insights, stay compliant, and manage payroll-related information efficiently. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory—practical experience and skills are what matter. Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst in an agile environment. Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional analysis, backlog management, and converting business needs into clear user stories. Hands-on experience working with agile methodologies (scrum, sprints, refinements, demos). Experience with data integration products and solid knowledge of SQL. Experience in Payroll, HR, or Finance solutions is a strong plus. English mandatory Scrums: Participate in daily standups to align responsibilities, identify blockers, and clarify priorities. From preparing stakeholder demos and participating in roadmap planning to collaborating with UX on prototypes and defining functional solutions.
