We did it because of our team DNA, and we’re now looking for similar minded people to conquer new limits. Your mission You will be a pivotal force in our Engineering Team. We are looking for a proactive Mechatronics Engineer to lead our product development in post-processing, where several modules are combined into an integrated cell to provide an end-to-end solution. You’ll be responsible for the product development of those modules, leading the system design of each module and collaborate with other engineers on the detail design of their different subsystems. The starting point are working prototypes, your goal will be to industrialize them and support the production ramp-up. Key responsibilities Lead the mechatronics design of the different post-processing modules. Responsible for system design of each module. Directly in charge of designing key subsystems. Sourcing suppliers for key components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from software to materials. Project management duties and team coordination. Organizing large-scale testing activities, from designing experiments to data collection and analysis. Keep technical documentation and CAD data up to date. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on product development, ideally industrial machinery. Proficiency in CAD. Experience in several manufacturing techniques. Experience with electronics and software. Proven track record in complex engineering projects. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
