Position: Mechanic Specialist in Packaging Machine Company Overview: EFOR GROUP (PharmEng Technology) is a leading global provider of engineering and technical services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Specialist in Packaging Machine to join our team. Experience with SMEDs (Single Minute Exchange Die), Uhlmann & IMA equipment is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with packaging machines in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting. This is a full-time temporary position, with opportunities for growth, development and extension within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Support to production through training and guidance of packaging machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with packaging machines - Perform regular preventative maintenance on packaging machines - Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements - Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed on packaging machines - Follow all safety protocols and regulations in the maintenance and repair of packaging machines - Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies related to packaging machines Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field - Minimum of 2 years' experience working with packaging machines in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting - Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components - Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of GMP regulations and experience working in a regulated industry is preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Why Work for Us: At Efor Gorup (PharmEng Technology), we value our employees and offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
