About SLNGSLNG is building global, compliance-first voice AI infrastructure. We operate across STT, TTS, LLMs and real-time voice systems, running workloads on globally distributed compute. We are early stage, technical by default, and moving quickly.This is not a volume recruiting role. This is an execution-heavy role working directly with the founders.The roleYou will own day-to-day recruiting execution across technical and non-technical roles, reporting directly to the founder. You will draft roles from rough input, source candidates through technical communities, and run a clean, high-signal hiring process.You will not be responsible for closing senior candidates solo. Founders remain directly involved in final decisions and senior closes.What you will doDraft role descriptions from incomplete or evolving input (founder-reviewed)Source candidates across ML, infra, MLOps, DevOps, SRE, and systems rolesEngage thoughtfully with technical communities in SpainRun first-pass screens focused on motivation, judgment, and role fitManage the hiring process end-to-end (scheduling, feedback, coordination)Maintain a strong, honest candidate experienceHire junior and mid-level roles with increasing autonomy over timeTechnical context you should be comfortable operating inYou do not need to be an engineer, but you should understand the landscape and language of:Machine learning infrastructure and model lifecycleModel serving and low-latency inferenceDistributed and real-time systemsReliability and performance-sensitive infrastructureGPU-heavy workloads and cost-aware systemsStreaming, event-driven, and networking-heavy systemsRequirements3–6 years recruiting experienceExperience in an early-stage startup environmentExperience recruiting technical roles (infra, ML, platform, systems)Ability to work from unclear inputs and iterate quicklyStrong written communication and role-drafting abilityBarcelona-based with interest in local technical communities.
