Su misión será reforzar el posicionamiento del resort como destino de referencia a nivel europeo en golf, wellness, estilo de vida y real estate.La responsabilidadLiderar el desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia de marca, reforzando su identidad y coherencia en todos los canales.Dirigir iniciativas de marketing digital, incluyendo la gestión de campañas PPC, SEO, CRM, marketing de contenidos y redes sociales.Diseñar y ejecutar campañas orientadas a promover las distintas líneas de negocio del resort : golf, wellness, restauración, inmobiliaria y eventos.Coordinar la colaboración con agencias externas, medios de comunicación y otros partners estratégicos.Promover la innovación y la sostenibilidad como ejes de comunicación del resort.Reportar a dirección general de ventas y marketing, liderando un equipo interno de alto rendimiento.Lo que ofrecemosIncorporación inmediata a un resort de prestigio internacional, con una marca consolidada y en proceso de expansión.Proyecto estratégico, con visibilidad y alto impacto dentro de la organización.Acceso a un entorno de trabajo privilegiado, con cultura colaborativa, bienestar y desarrollo profesional.Oferta económica competitiva acorde a la experiencia aportada.Lo que buscamosFormación superior en Marketing, ADE, Comunicación o similar.Experiencia de 5 a 10 años en posiciones de dirección de marketing, preferentemente en sectores como hospitality, real estate, lujo o lifestyle.Dominio de estrategias digitales (SEO, PPC, CRM, redes sociales) y herramientas como CMS y Google Analytics.Alto nivel de inglés y español; se valorarán otros idiomas.Capacidad de liderazgo, orientación a resultados, creatividad y sensibilidad hacia las nuevas tendencias del mercado.#J-18808-Ljbffr
