You will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of many by making meaningful matches. What you'll be doing Engaging with potential candidates and assisting them through the application process; Conducting job interviews; Crafting and sharing job postings; Contributing to enhancing the candidate journey; Reaching out to potential clients and managing client relations. When does this role suit you? You have +2 years of recruitment experience; You thrive in an international team setting; Connecting with people brings you joy; You're invigorated by making quick, impactful decisions; You're already in Málaga, or you're excited about relocating; You're driven, with a keen interest in self-development; Your English proficiency is excellent (C1), in both speech and writing; Mastering the Spanish and/or Dutch language is a big plus.
