- Tech savvy - you'll be working a lot with consumers with problems relating to mobile devices. You have the ability and will to absorb knowledge.
- Fluent in Danish.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Experience in Technical Support is preferred.
- Self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity and systems devices.
- Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, and mobile device management.
- Display a strong customer focus and promote a commitment to excellence.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to show empathy towards customers.
- Positive flexible attitude.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Ability and will to absorb knowledge.
