Solution Architect – SAP Controlling

Position Overview As a Solution Architect SAP Controlling (CO), you will design and implement SAP CO solutions to optimize financial management processes across Fresenius Kabi's European business units. You will ensure that budgeting, cost allocation, product costing, and profitability analysis processes are supported by efficient SAP solutions while aligning with both local requirements and global strategies. This role bridges business and IT, ensuring compliance, seamless system integration, and delivery of added value for financial management. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SAP CO solutions for cost center accounting, product costing, and controlling workflows. Configure and optimize profitability analysis (COPA) and related reporting for European markets. Ensure seamless integration of CO with SAP FI, MM, PP, and SD modules. Engage with finance and business teams across Europe to gather requirements and provide configuration expertise. Ensure compliance with European regulatory standards and company policies in controlling practices. Conduct system validations and ensure audit readiness for controlling functions. Manage documentation, validation, and rollout of system enhancements or upgrades. Act as subject matter expert in large transformation programs, focusing on SAP CO. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or related field. At least 6 years of process knowledge in controlling and financial planning within SAP CO. Minimum 6 years of system knowledge in SAP CO configurations, including COPA. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA controlling functionalities is preferred. Experience working across multiple European countries and regulatory environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial efficiency. Political and cultural awareness, with success working in international and matrix organizations. Proactive and structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel internationally. Why Join Us?
