The main focus of this assignment is the 2025 year-end closing. After the closing is completed, the role will continue on a part-time basis (2 days per week), with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time CFO role over time.Scope of the AssignmentThe engagement starts as a handson accounting assignment and is designed to evolve into a broader finance leadership role as the company grows.Key responsibilities:Preparation and completion of the 2025 year-end closing (Spain)Day-to-day bookkeeping under Spanish accounting standardsVAT (IVA) and tax filingsMonthly reconciliations and reportingCoordination with Spanish accountants, tax advisors, and auditorsFinancial reporting and support to managementGradual involvement in financial planning, cash flow, and strategic financeProfileWe are looking for someone who:Has strong experience in year-end closings and accountingIs familiar with Spanish accounting, IVA, and local complianceIs hands-on, structured, xiphteb and business-mindedIs available on-site in MarbellaIs fluent in English and SpanishIs interested in growing into a full-time CFO roleWhat We OfferClear initial focus: 2025 year closingPart-time engagement (2 days/week) after closingDefined path toward a full-time CFO positionLong-term collaboration in a stable companyLocation: Marbella, Spain (on-site)
