We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a 4* hotel property, rebranding it into an upscale lifestyle brand of a prestigious international operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the refurbishment project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in construction and project management within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Oversee the entire refurbishment project, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project. Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during the refurbishment process. Manage stakeholder expectations, including hotel owners, management, and operational teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with operational teams and the owner during handover phase, to guarantee a proper transition from construction to operations phase. Mitigate risks and address potential project delays proactively. Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in hotel refurbishment, hospitality construction, or similar projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
