SPAINPosition: SAP ABAP HCM DeveloperHybridRole Description:Participate in design, implementation, and documentation of different application modulesFollow best practices (Scrum, Refactoring, code standards)Regularly attend all Scrum ceremoniesDevelop SAP HR programs or interfaces using ABAPWrite unit test and be responsible for the overall quality of the code producedCollaborate with Product Management to clarify requirements and designsSupport critical issues based on the urgencyWork with Development Manager and provide regular status updateEligibility Criteria/QualificationMust3-5 years of software development experience with ABAPGood working experience in SAP HR module PA (Personnel Administration).Good working experience with SAP HR objects: PNP, reports, infotypes etc.Experience with object-oriented design and analysisDemonstrated ability to work independently with limited directionGood team playerPlusDevelopment experience with SAP Payroll is a plusSoftware development experience with web is a plusExperience working in a distributed computing and SOA is a plusExperience with the complete software development lifecycle; experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) is a plusWhat We Offer:⏱ Flexible working hoursCompetitive salary + flexible compensation package
