You will work with a cross‐functional product team with expertise in data science, machine learning and MLOps to help guide the direction and understand the impact of our production models, helping our learners find the best tutor possible. Experiment design and pre and post experiment analysis, to dig into what experiments are telling us and use these learnings to help shape future direction; Exploring, testing and productionising new features used in our core ML algorithms; Participating in the definition of engagement metrics and key performance indicators; Partnering with ML scientists and engineers to test new approaches and build new data assets. Ideally 5+ years' experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist working in search, ranking or recommender systems; Strong Python and SQL experience; Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; Ability to apply statistical techniques to derive meaningful insights and make data‐driven decisions; Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
