Project Description* Operations of a Cisco ACI based Network Infrastructure for the VMWare-baed "OASIS" virtualization platform. At the Telco Hub in Madrid , we are pioneers in merging IT and Telco, building and scaling Telco as a Platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. If you are passionate about shaping the future of telecommunications, this is your place Acceptence Tests and support for field operations with start-up installation of Switches and Routers from Cisco and Juniper. - 2nd-Level Incident Management: Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions. - Interface Collaboration: Work closely with first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS (eg. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, especially Juniper (JunOS and JunOS Evo) and Cisco (NXOS, IOS XR and IOS XE)- Proficient in network skills such as IPv6 configuration and troubleshooting, eVPN/VXLAN, BGP and OSPF Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS, and developers. - Agile Skillset: - Experience working in Agile environments. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). - Ability to contribute effectively in Agile team settings and participate in Agile ceremonies. Experience with Zabbix and Netscout.
