En Cold Culture , marca de streetwear en plena expansión internacional, buscamos a un Buyer Senior que quiera impulsar con nosotros el futuro de nuestras colecciones y del negocio.Si te apasiona el producto, tienes visión estratégica y te mueve la cultura urbana, esta puede ser tu siguiente gran oportunidad.Tu misiónLiderar la estrategia de compras de Cold Culture, asegurando que cada colección llegue al mercado con el producto correcto, al coste óptimo y en el momento preciso , alineado con nuestra visión creativa y objetivos de crecimiento.Responsabilidades claveDiseñar y ejecutar la estrategia global de compras .Desarrollar y optimizar una red internacional de proveedores.Negociar precios, capacidades, plazos y acuerdos estratégicos.Supervisar el ciclo completo de aprovisionamiento y garantizar entregas on time.Impulsar nuevas categorías, materiales y soluciones productivas.Analizar ventas, márgenes y tendencias para tomar decisiones de alto impacto.Mejorar procesos junto a operaciones y coordinar con diseño y producto.Mentorización de perfiles junior del área.Requisitos+4 años de experiencia en compras o desarrollo de producto (moda o afines).Experiencia consolidada trabajando con proveedores en Asia, Europa y España.Alto nivel de negociación, análisis y gestión presupuestaria.Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de planificación/ERP.Inglés fluido.Pasión por el streetwear, la marca y el crecimiento rápido.Plus si…Tomas decisiones rápidas basadas en datos.Has trabajado con modelos de producción flexibles o bajo demanda.Combinas visión estética, negocio y marca.Qué ofrecemosImpacto directo en la estrategia global de producto.Equipo joven, creativo y ambicioso.Libertad para proponer e innovar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
