Role As a Data & AI Strategist, you will support Visium's strategy team to provide tactical recommendations to its clients, with the greatest degree of excellence. As such, you will create and deploy outstanding Data & AI strategies by being part of our daily client consulting projects. As part of your role, you'll: Support the development and implementation of data strategies and data management initiatives for clients. Assist in defining data governance frameworks, data operating models, and data management processes. Help analyze business requirements and translate them into data, analytics, and AI use cases. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve business processes using data. Analyze datasets and create dashboards or visualizations to help communicate insights to clients. Assist in preparing client-facing reports and presentations with data-driven insights and recommendations. Conduct research on data, analytics, and AI trends and share findings with the project team. Collaborate with internal Visium teams to support project delivery and ensure alignment. Requirements To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including: 2+ years of experience in data strategy or data management, and management consulting. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and pragmatically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A curious and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to explore how AI can drive innovation and impact. Fluent in English and in French are required for this position.
