Visual Merchandising Specialist - RTW & Shoes Join to apply for the Visual Merchandising Specialist - RTW & Shoes role at Loewe . As VM Specialist, you will be a key member of the central Visual Merchandising team based in Madrid. You will collaborate on the creation of guidelines for the RTW & Shoes categories that are distributed in our global markets. This role will report directly to the VM Manager – RTW & Shoes. Your role will be: Work closely with the VM Manager during the making of the RTW, shoes, busts and window guidelines. Support the VM Manager by organizing guideline shoots, booking photographers, samples, etc. Create or maintain specific RTW & Shoes and window content. Travel to the Paris showroom for VM buying sessions and VM guidelines. Set up global in‑store launches, pop‑in’s, and pop‑ups. Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business in line with growth. What is important for the role: Minimum 2 years of experience in VM within the luxury retail market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Extremely detail‑oriented to maintain the brand’s excellence standards. Possesses aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts and crafts. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
