Join Western Union as an Associate Collector.*Maternity Cover contract is expected to be for 2 years.Western Union powers your pursuit.Role ResponsibilitiesOperating within the Credit & Collections team of highly motivated, business-oriented professional risk specialists, who control the whole credit and payments cycle in Germany and Austria.Building effective business relationships with our customers based on trust, respect, and rapport.Handling the day-to-day client services and receivables processes and ensuring a smooth and proper credit risk assessment.Working in close partnership with other departments in various countries and assisting customers, peers, and management.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.Customer service experience.Fluent in English and German languages (B2 level and above).Knowledge of Excel.Flexible and adaptable.Ability to influence and drive execution.Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
