As an AI Data Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and automation—architecting intelligent systems that power the future of our operations. You’ll design and build scalable data models, engineer robust analytics pipelines, and develop next-generation agentic workflows that leverage cutting‑edge AI. Responsibilities Design & implement end‑to‑end data architectures, from ingestion and transformation to serving layer, for analytics, AI, and automation use cases. Build and optimize production‑grade data models that support real‑time and batch analytics, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. Engineer data pipelines for Conversational AI and Automation, ensuring high‑quality, structured data flows from events, chat logs, user interactions, and feedback loops. Support accumulation management modelers. Work alongside experts in various technological domains. Enhance your skills with real‑world experience. What Makes You a Great Fit? We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications: 4–8 years of hands‑on experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or applied data science with strong software engineering discipline. Expert‑level Python—clean, maintainable, production‑ready code (not just Jupyter notebooks). Advanced SQL and deep familiarity with modern data stack tools: dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar. Strong ability to scope ambiguity, drive projects from 0→1, and iterate based on real‑world feedback. Passion for the AI frontier—you actively explore new research, tools, and architectures, and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. Nice‑to‑Have Developed agentic AI systems using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) to automate complex workflows. Hands‑on experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and the modern AI stack (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Langfuse). Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and prompt engineering. Full‑stack development experience (e.g., React, FastAPI) for building internal AI tools.
