Barcelona (Hybrid Model) Full-time Permanent Contract Ready to boost your career with Google Ads Are you passionate about digital marketing technology and online advertising Do you enjoy working with data clients and creative solutions Join a global leader in customer experience working on one of the most exciting Google Ads projects in EMEA right by the sea in Barcelona Purpose of the Role As a Digital Marketing Consultant you will partner with Dutch businesses and digital marketing agencies helping them grow through effective Google Ads solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor optimizing advertising strategies and driving measurable business results. This is a target-driven sales environment where you'll work towards individual goals while being part of a high-performing international team. Key Responsibilities Advise Dutch advertisers on the best Google Ads solutions to improve performance and ROI Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners through a consultative approach Optimize and upsell Google Ads products based on client needs Proactively communicate with customers via phone video calls and email Consistently achieve individual sales and performance targets Requirements BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience Dutch language proficiency at C2 level Fluent English 1 year of experience in digital marketing (PPC / campaign optimization preferred) 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles Knowledge of Google Ads AdSense YouTube or similar platforms Strong communication presentation and analytical skills Team player with a passion for marketing technology and continuous learning What We Offer Full-time position (39h / week Monday-Friday) Permanent contract Competitive salary: from 24310 gross / year up to 4290 bonus Hybrid working model in Barcelona Relocation support for international candidates 4 weeks of paid training on Google Ads and sales methodologies Ongoing coaching certifications and clear career progression Referral program (up to 2000 per referral) International dynamic and inclusive work environment Office located at World Trade Center Barcelona right by the sea Why Join Us You’ll be part of the world's largest provider of contact centre services working on a globally recognized brand with continuous learning opportunities and long-term career growth.
