Strong visuals, motion, and storytelling are key to how our brand is experienced across all markets.The RoleWe are looking for a Creative Designer (Graphic & Motion) to join our in-house Design Team , which is part of the Marketing Team . This is a mid level role for someone who already has some experience and a solid technical understanding of design and motion tools.You will work on graphic design, illustration, animation, and video editing projects that are highly visible across Europe. This is a role where you can truly make a difference through design , helping shape the look, feel, and energy of the Cooltra brand.You will work in a hybrid model from our Barceloneta office with beautiful sea views , collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders.Why This Job Is CoolYour work will directly influence how Cooltra looks and feelsStrong focus on motion, video, and graphic designHigh-impact projects used across 7 European marketsYou will have a lot of room to propose creative ideas and conceptsWhat You’ll DoCreate graphic design, illustrations, animations, and video content for:Social media (organic & paid)Retention and acquisition campaignsOther departments within the companyEdit and animate videos that are dynamic, modern, and on-brandDevelop creative concepts together with the design and marketing teamsClearly communicate and explain your ideas to the team and stakeholdersTranslate ideas into strong visual storytellingAdapt designs for different countries while respecting brand guidelinesPrepare, export, and deliver assets correctly for multiple platformsWhat You Bring+3 years experience as a Creative, Graphic, Motion, or Multimedia DesignerStrong focus on graphic design, animation, and video editingA young, fresh, and creative mindset (age is not important)Ability to be creative while staying within brand guidelinesStrong communication skillsExcellent technical knowledge of:After EffectsPremiere ProPhotoshopIllustratorYou understand workflows, formats, and exports for digital channelsA true team playerNice to Have (Not Mandatory)Knowledge of FigmaExperience with 3D softwareVideo recording for social mediaLanguagesSpanish : fluentEnglish : basic / good working levelWhat We OfferA creative role with real impact on a European brandA collaborative and international marketing & design teamHybrid working modelAn inspiring office in Barceloneta with sea views
