Role Overview:

As a Solution Specialist, you’ll identify growth opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell strategies, deliver tailored technical insights, and drive cloud adoption with creative solutions. You’ll validate requirements, present solutions virtually, support the sales team as a key technical resource, and provide impactful training sessions—all while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive customer growth by identifying and leveraging up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored technical product insights and overviews
  3. Propose creative strategies to enhance cloud adoption and boost technical expertise
  4. Review and validate implementation needs and pricing structures
  5. Present technical and business solutions to stakeholders through virtual platforms
  6. Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team when engaging with prospective clients
  7. Provide training sessions, both individually and in groups, on specialized topics
  8. Stay informed about the latest developments in cloud technologies and competitive pricing trends

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Swedish (C2 level)
  2. Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  3. EU citizenship or Spanish residency card
  4. BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
  5. 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development
  6. Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities
  7. Ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s needs to drive results
  8. Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills
  9. Background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a plus
