International exposure in a multicultural, cutting-edge environment. As a Tech lead, you will Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable compute clusters. The ideal candidate combines electronics/hardware expertise with hands-on experience in cluster administration and distributed systems. Responsibilities involve hardware-software integration, infrastructure automation, and technical team mentorship to deliver robust, high-performance solutions. Architect, build, and maintain distributed compute clusters using diverse hardware. Integrate various hardware components and support deployment pipelines. Automate cluster operations including provisioning, monitoring, and upgrades. Ensure cluster reliability, security, and performance. Mentor team members in cluster management and systems integration. Collaborate across hardware and software domains for seamless project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. Experience in designing, deploying, or operating distributed computing clusters Strong understanding of computer architecture and hardware-software interaction. Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.). Demonstrated adaptability and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cluster automation, orchestration, or personal hardware projects. Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, DevOps practices, and integration of specialised hardware.
